Top companies see the role of the Strategic Sourcing /Category Management professional of that of process leader, internal consultant and change agent. We will explore the significant change management issues associated with executing a Strategic Sourcing /Category Management process. The hypothesis presented is “the greatest challenges of Sourcing are internal”.
