The session will focus on creating awareness to the trends, ways to harness the benefits the strategy can being, as well as ways to manage the increasing risks, costs and challenges. Managing the rise of the contingent workforce can increase innovation, agility, and create a competitive advantage. This workshop will cover:

An overview on trends, risks / challenges, benefits / solutions / competitive advantage it can create from a SME
