Change is Good – You Go First

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

I found this video as I was preparing a course for a client in Change Management / Leadershjp / Strategic Sourcing.   IT IS A MUST SEE!  I have now watched it several times and each time I smile, reflect, tear up and just feel good in general.  The messages are practical yet lofty and inspiring.  There are numerous quotes and messages that will challenge even the best leaders.  Sit back, relax and enjoy! Share it with your staff and / or your children (as I plan to do).  I hope it inspires you to make change happen . . . . .

Join in the conversation and let me know what you think. . . . . . . .
